Make the workouts more interesting by creating themes for each day of the week, such as Swolemate Sunday. My wife and I always hit the gym on the weekend instead of just lounging around. We push each other to go hard when we workout together. Here's an example of what I do during the week-
Monday: International Chest Day
2 a day Tuesday
WOD Wednesday (Work Out of the Day)
Thigh day Friday
